You can choose a minimum of five dishes each time you order, being able to repeat as many times as you want. To prevent food from being thrown away, Sushisom penalizes 2 euros if you don't finish all the dishes, so you will have to choose carefully!

Salmon Futomakis

One of the most popular products in Japanese cuisine is salmon Futomaki. "Futo" in Japanese means fat or thick, which is why it is thicker than other pieces of sushi.

It is a classic adaptation of one of the most traditional sushi, which is characterized by being a thick and large roll, wrapped in a sheet of nori seaweed, filled with sushi rice and a variety of ingredients.

Unlike other types of sushi, Futomaki has a larger diameter and can contain multiple ingredients, such as raw fish, seafood, vegetables, and fish roe.  In our Japanese all-you-can-eat buffet Sushisom, you can find two options of Futomaki. The first consists of a fried roll with salmon, cream cheese, kataifi paste, and teriyaki sauce (fried Futo), and the second contains tempura prawns, mayonnaise, kataifi paste, and teriyaki sauce (Futo ebiten).

 

Uramaki

The main difference between Futomaki and Uramaki is that Futomaki is prepared by filling the nori seaweed with rice and at least four ingredients of your choice, and the seaweed is on the outside, while the Uramaki is left inside. "Ura" means the other way around, which is why in Uramaki we find the seaweed on the outside wrapping the rest of the ingredients.

At SushiSom you can find a variety of Uramakis, such as salmon, which is accompanied by cream cheese, avocado, flamed salmon, cheddar cheese, spicy mayonnaise, teriyaki sauce and pistachios, or arugula which is salmon covered with avocado, kataifi paste and arugula sauce, among many others.

• If you want to enjoy a tasty dish and take care of yourself at the same time, we recommend the Yakimeshi Venus. This variety includes venus rice, the famous Asian black brown rice, tasty and very healthy.
• If you are a classic, we recommend the traditional Yakimeshi: sautéed rice, vegetables and eggs. As rich as it is simple.
