First of all we would like to recommend trofie, a type of short curly pasta, there are 2 different types, chestnut dough trofies (green) and normal (white). The most common is to combine them with pesto sauce, a sauce made from basil, pine nuts and Grana Padano PDO cheese. If you want a less traditional but equally tasty combination, we suggest combining the trofies with marbonara sauce, the seafood version of carbonara sauce, which includes prawns and guanciale.
Tagliatelle are the type of pasta that gives this restaurant its name, and there must be a reason. It is a type of pasta with a rectangular shape, wider than typical spaghetti and with a great texture and flavor, perfect to be combined with most tagliatella sauces.
We recommend the classic Bolognese sauce, but if you want a unique combination full of flavor, you can combine tagliatelle with ragù antico sauce (sausage, burrata cheese, mushrooms, tomato, pesto and basil oil) or with casalinga sauce (sausage, tomato, cheeses, basil, mushrooms and pine nuts)

Carbonara sauce is one of the most well-known Italian sauces. The original recipe, as you well know, is made from egg, parmesan and guanciale.
And if your favorite sauce is carbonara, La Tagliatella, in addition to offering you its tasty and Italian recipe for this sauce, also brings you its "marinera" version with prawns and guanciale in case you feel like varying a little.
In addition, it is an explosion of flavors since the classic carbonara already has a lot of flavor due to the guanciale, so add the rich touch that the prawns give it.

La Tagliatella 's Calzone Barese pizza is a calzone-style pizza, i.e. a pizza "folded" in half, similar to a giant empanada.
The Calzone Barese in particular is filled with mozzarella, stracciatella and coppa (a type of Italian salami with great flavor) that also has an exquisite yellow candied tomato sauce, crispy coppa, fried artichoke and honey... An experience for the palate that you should not miss.
