The secreto ibérico is undoubtedly a juicy and tasty pork dish that every good meat lover appreciates, and at Hedona we prepare it in a spectacular way.

The Iberian secreto is located on the inside of the loin, between the ribs and the backbone, and is covered with a thin layer of fat that gives it its characteristic juiciness and intense flavour.

As it is a very juicy meat, we recommend not to overcook the Iberian secret, although there is nothing written about tastes and in our brasserie you can ask for it at the point you like it best: rare, cooked or even very rare, we are sure you will love it!

Like all seafood, it must be a fresh product that has to be treated with great care. It has to be cooked to the perfect doneness and the right salt levels.
