La Torre Outlet Zaragoza will be the new aspirational shopping destination for Northern Spain, combining convenience retail with a Bauhaus DIY store, a food court and an outlet village in a unique way. La Torre Outlet Zaragoza will host more than 90 designer, fashion and lifestyle brands on a gross lettable area of 13,500 sqm at the former Pikolin factory site with the historic tower, one of the landmarks of Zaragoza. The opening of the centre will take place in Autumn 2020.

You support the Marketing Manager to achieve the Marketing and Centre KPIs.
Assist the Marketing Manager in coordinating centre events and promotions in line with regional objectives, ensuring a balanced calendar of activities in accordance with footfall phasing of the centre.
Coordinate agreed sales and marketing activity for the centre including tenant liaison, internal centre communication, and visual environment to improve communication of a clear brand identity.
Develop in-conjunction with the Marketing Manager, an Affinity Marketing programme with 3rd parties within centre catchment to foster strong relations.
Liaise with Customer Service teams to ensure effective communication and implementation of relevant marketing activities (including customer data capture).
Assist the Marketing Manager by liaising with the Head Office Marketing team and network agencies to develop and deliver a communication strategy to support the annual marketing plan, including PR initiatives, TV, local press / radio, outdoor, CRM, website, and sponsorship.
Collate research conducted by the Head Office marketing team and local agencies so that the Marketing Manager has local marketing intelligence in order to facilitate data driven decision-making.
Assist the Marketing Manager by conducting return on investment analysis and provide marketing reports as required to inform decision making.
Collate and process marketing financial administration to assist the Marketing Manager in monitoring and reporting on centre marketing budgets to ensure that expenditure meets targets and relevant parties are kept informed of performance.
Experience, knowledge & qualifications required for the position
Good organisational and planning skills
Good consumer awareness
Educated in Marketing
Marketing qualification/certificate or diploma is desirable
Relevant Marketing/PR experience
Digital Marketing skills: SEO/SEM, CMS Systems (Wordpress, Typo3 etc.), Social media
Fluency in English (vocal & written) • Good Computer skills
